Accommodation

Participants live with English Host families or at an independent living residence!

Both short-term and year-long male students-footballers are accommodated with local host families in the surrounding Manchester area. All host families are carefully selected and experienced with long term international student care. Please note that students are expected to share a room with fellow students at host families. Students are expected to travel independently from host families to the school each day using public transport. Whilst settling in at the new host families, students will be advised on the best and safest way to travel. The cost per week of travel to the students can ranged from £20 – £35 per week dependant upon location of the selected host family. Participants aged 18+ have the option to choose to live in a city centre student residence. Here you can live with other students, but you have your study bedroom with en suite bathroom so no queuing for the bathroom. You will share a fully fitted kitchen and comfortable lounge area with between 3 to 5 other students. Being self-catered you can buy your own food and cook your own meals. There is free wi-fi internet in every bedroom and the lounge that you share with your fellow students has comfortable sofas to sit and relax.

Edukick Academic Options

Class each morning at our own private school located in the centre of Manchester.

Classes take place 9.00am – 1.00pm Monday – Friday and there are five (5) study options available.

1. BTEC Level 3 Sub Diploma in Sport (performance & exercise) – Native English speakers
2. English Language Program – Non-native English speakers examination preparation for: IELTS / Cambridge PET, FCE or CAE
3. K12 – USA (grade 9 – 12) online study – Native English speakers who want to continue high school
4. IGCSE – Native English speakers who attend International or British education system schools
5. A-Level – Native English speakers who attend International or British education system schools

Soccer Training: Exposure opportunities!

The state of the art EduKick Manchester Training Complex is located just 3 miles from the EduKick Manchester School.

Training sessions take place daily under the guidance of EduKick Manchester UEFA licensed technical staff with competitive fixtures each week. Exposure to professional clubs in the UK is provided on a constant basis throughout the program in 3 key ways:

1. Competitive matches – Pro club scouts in attendance
2. Pro club guest coaching sessions – direct review of performance
3. Open trial days – scouts and coaches from pro clubs in attendance
